10-13-2009 04:25 AM Never Let Pain Stop You
Pain is inevitable inside the painstaking gym, and it is apart of growing stronger. Never let Pain stop you from making gains, and taking your body beyond its normal functions in the gym. Training hard everyday is available to us power-lifters. There are no rules to stopping, unless you fall down and don't get up. There is some important steps to this training. Never max out on reps. Stay inside the 6 to 20 reps range to build endurance, teaching your muscles to repair faster. It won't be easy, and you'll realize how fast your muscles are able to repair themselves stronger than ever. I wouldn't train the same muscles every-day. I'm talking about if your biceps are medium damage, than don't be afraid to bench-press. Just understand that you must have adequate food and water. If you lose your fat concentrations and your nutrition, you are going to lose muscle mass. Lifting should be tested in life or loss situations. For instance, train they way you would professionally. Test your body, and never over-do it. It is proven that damage takes time to repair itself inside and outside the training limitations. Once your body is able to repair itself faster, you will be able to make muscular gains faster, and your body will become a manly beast in no time. You will be able to train heavier. Don't make a habit of it everyday. It is wise to ensure your muscles repair themselves. Lifting is also one of those realities: use it or lose it. If you rest to long, you aren't going to get stronger, and only weaker. It will adapt to weaker situations like carrying groceries, or carrying water jugs to your house. Your body wouldn't require much food, and it will just store away into body-fat. Thats why it is ok to lift hard. Don't stay up all the time. Just test yourself, and push yourself harder then ever. In time, you will realize that it isn't only about genetics. It is about evolving your muscles into new modes of creation. It is about training them the way you train yourself in new labors, like digging into the earth, or using a jackhammer. Eventually, if you keep going to the jackhammer everyday, quickly, you will be able to master it. So master muscle-mass and gains. Besides, it is hard to lift 10 hours aday, so I'm sure our bodies can handle 45 to 2 hours a day for 5 days straight, and even 4 hours a day for 7 days straight. Its all about training muscles to adapt to new settings, and exercises. Just remember to never over-load yourself, and hurt your-self. This training is for experienced body-lifters. I'm not an expert, I just know from experience. You know how to lift, and thats how to do it. Drink plenty of health drinks and bring a gallon with you. If you lift hard, your going to sweat hard, and it will hover away from you. With plenty of water and food, your goals will be reached in safe, quick speeds. Eat pizza, hamburgers, cereal, tuna, crackers, and stack on it. If you don't bring enough energy with you, your going to lose it. Never Let Pain Stop You is a saying to understand this: Muscle is developed using healthy foods, and doesn't appear from nowhere. It also is developed by moving heavy stuff around. All I'm saying, and reminding us is that it isn't hard to use 1,000 calories in the gym, and it isn't hard to use 3,000 calories in the gym. I don't want to wait 4 years to squat 300 pounds on the leg-press. Also, don't be a couch-potatoe. It is about adaptation, so walking in "normal modifications" will prevent bone, joint injury and tendon breakage to the point of hospitalization. Be smart. Posture will save you in the long run. If you can't run smart, or lift 10 pounds smart, then you won't squat smart or lift 200 pounds smart. Be wise, and I want to be wise also. This is for all who read it. I hope you can improve your muscle mass, without injury or muscular atrophy, and I hope I can improve my muscle mass without injury or muscular atrophy.

10-11-2009 10:13 PM ABs are Vital to Making Huge Muscle Gains
ABs are Killers. They are meant for lifting HEAVY, and having Perfect Posture. If you don't have Powerful-Abs, then you can't lift Heavy Deadlifts. If you don't have Powerful-Abs, then you can't lift heavy Bent-Over Rows. If you don't have Powerful-Abs, then you can't lift heavy Squats. Boxers and Fighters have Bullet-Proof ABs so that nobody can budge them, and there is a huge comparison between Boxers and Body-Builders: if a Power-Lifter has Strong, Bullet-Proof ABs, then He won't fail Reps as much as he would having weak, puny AB Cuts. It is important to understand that the Torso is vital to not getting hurt, and to not tearing your rotator cuffs, and tendons. Having Tuff ABs lowers, reduces your chances of getting hurt, and put out of the Weight-Lifting Game because Your Posture is Tweaked. Think About it, when a person has ABs, that person feels it even when he's bench-pressing. If a person can't feel his ABs, then he isn't understanding his posture very well, which is dangerous. Gain Bullet-proof ABs to Lift Harder, and Smarter.

10-10-2009 05:38 PM Huge Muscle Repairs, Starts with Eating Large, and Lifting Large
In order to gain Huge Muscle Mass,it is vital to start with nutrition. If it tastes good, eat it, and chew it well. The less your insides have to work, the harder your muscles and bones, and joints and tendons ar able to reoperate into maximal intensity, without ripping your gains to hurting yourself. Pain and discipline are extrememly important, and fat burners are a definate plus to weight training. It shouldn't replace eating large, because the more food you have, then naught muscle loss will happen. Along with repairing muscle, it is important to inhale as much oxygen, and whatever inhalents that come along with huge lung contractions help repair muscles faster. Holding in your breath is acceptable, as long as you train under water first. Remember, this is a fast article, and I must go to the gym shortly. The physolophy is eating large, lifting large, means repairing fast and healthy along with gaining huge muscle strength. Use wisdom, and know when to stop, but also know that there were Gladiators, Warriors and Fighters in the Old Days, so be One by Pushing Your Body to the Maximum. Don't get Huge in 10 years. Get Huge In 1 Year, and Realize the Power of Body, and Wisdom. Have Adequate Rest Time, and Don't think Less Eating Equals Muscle Definition. I Believe and Prove Eating Large Amounts of Tasty Foods Means Muscular Definition and Cuts. Good Wisdom, and Lift being a Wise Man.
