It's really not as easy sticking to a workout regime with a little baby! I had planned to schedule daily workouts but unfortunately it doesn't always quite work out that way......

Today's Menu:
Beakfast- Oats + 3 egg whites
Snack-Fruit + cottage cheese
Lunch- Grilled Chicken salad with olive oil & balsamic vinegar dressing
Snack- Nitro tech shake
Dinner- Grilled chicken + steamed sweet potato, broccoli & carrot

Today's Workout:

1hr interval running/jogging on treadmill


Mood: Currently I'm Hopeful

Well i'm back after a long absense. I've recently given birth to my daughter and i'm ready to get back into my workout regime to lose those pounds!

Today's Menu:
Breakfast: 3 x egg white + oats
Snack: Nitotech shake
Lunch: Tuna salad with balsamic vinegar dressing
snack: fruit
Dinner: grilled chicken breast + sweet potato, broccoli, beans
snack:nitrotech shake

Todays Workout:

Pilates 60 mins

Mood: Currently I'm Fine

Boy oh boy, been sick with a chest infection last few days, so I'll attempt a light workout today

PM: 30mins on elliptical trainer

Tri's:
Cable pushdown 3 x 12
db kickbacks 3 x 12
dips 3 x 12

dinner:
grilled fish fillet with olive oil sauce + potatoes

Shoulders
Seated shoulder press 3 sets of 12 reps
side lateral raise 3 x 12
front extension 3 x 12
seated rear delt machine 3 x 12

What a weekend, too much wine, too much pasta & not enough sleep!
Glad to get back to my routine......

Today's Workout:
Legs:

5 min warm up on treadmill

Leg extension 3sets of 12 reps
bb squats 3 x 12
db lunges 3 x 12 each leg
leg curls 3 x 12
kickbacks (cable) 3 x 12 (glutes)

Todays Menu:
Breakfast:

x 3 boiled eggwhites + 1 grapefruit (detoxing the pasta)

Snack:
Nitro tech shake with water

lunch:

chicken breast slice on 1 slice gluten free bread + salad

snack:
protein bar

dinner:

grilled fish + sweet potato + peas

Bi's + Tri's

Alternate Dumbell Curls Standing 3 sets of 12 reps
Barbell Curls 3 x 12
Preacher with dumbels 3 x 12

Tricep pushdowns with cable 3 x 12
Tricep pushdown with rope 3 x 12
Tricep seated pushdowns 3 x 12

Todays Menu:

boiled ehh whites x 3 + wholemeal toast w/peanut butter

snack:
nitro tech w/water

lunch:
grilled chicken breast + sweet potato + salad

snack:
tuna + rice cake/cracker (don't know what you guy's call it in the USA)

dinner:
steamed broccoli + grilled chicken breast
