It's really not as easy sticking to a workout regime with a little baby! I had planned to schedule daily workouts but unfortunately it doesn't always quite work out that way......
Today's Menu:
Beakfast- Oats + 3 egg whites
Snack-Fruit + cottage cheese
Lunch- Grilled Chicken salad with olive oil & balsamic vinegar dressing
Snack- Nitro tech shake
Dinner- Grilled chicken + steamed sweet potato, broccoli & carrot
Today's Workout:
1hr interval running/jogging on treadmill

Well i'm back after a long absense. I've recently given birth to my daughter and i'm ready to get back into my workout regime to lose those pounds!

Lunch: Tuna salad with balsamic vinegar dressing
