The body seems to have an infinte number of components. From tiny mitochondrias to a heart and everything in between. I think that when they make nutrition supplemants they take only a small fraction of these components under consideration. Hence the other components are left hanging. Because of the ever increasing prices of these supplements, probably mainly due to their extremely expensive ads, most of us trying to train efficiently only can really afford to promote some components, but not all. It also seems, that promoting a set of components can be detramental to other components, hence the true gain in nullified, ie using steroids at the expense of a kidney.

Why did mother nature not take this under account and provide us with the resources to address all components? Or did she, and if she did how did she, and can we replicate it? Why should the body go through this forced developement in order to bring out the true physical power of the human body, instead of mother nature just making it a natural development. Meaning, why not just be born strong and as we grow why doesn't our body become body built?

Mood: Currently I'm Curious
