Yesturday was my last workout with my husband. He has been my spotter and motivator. Going overseas for the next 3-6 months, I am going to miss him. We did squats and dead lifts. My focas was so not where I wated it to be.
Squat: 210 lbs.
Dead lift: 165 lbs. (so weak!)
Push-ups: 50
Crunches: 200
5 min of rowing......
I am a little sore today all over, which tells me I had an overall good workout. I worked my abs hard. I love a great ab burn!!!
I am going to miss my hubby spotter, but I am looking foward to really pushing myself by myself.
I am going to do cardio today in the pool. Monday I am seeing my husband off and tuesday is the beginning of my ultimate journey to pro femal body building! This is soooo exciting.
