Victor Martinez Released!

Victor’s long legal battle began in October 2011 when he was arrested upon returning to the U.S. following his Arnold Classic Europe win in Madrid, Spain. 

His permanent resident card had expired and was not renewed due to previous legal troubles. As a result, he was detained and sent to a detention center to await deportation before being transferred to the Hudson County Correctional Facility in New Jersey. 

The 2007 Arnold Classic winner estimates himself to have lost 60 pounds as a result of his long incarceration.  Reports are that he has lost his home and restaurant as well.
