Over the past year or so, I have purchased MMI only
sporadically. I had no idea that Robert Kennedy had cancer. When I,
quite by accident, found out today that he has passed away, I was
shocked. I bought Bob’s first edition of Musclemag back in 1974. I
followed it, and bought it almost monthly, up until the last few years.
He and it were a great inspiration to me and millions of others. No one
would ever have thought that the dominance of Weider could ever be
challenged. Robert Kennedy not only challenged Weider. in my mind he
beat them at their own game. He was a man of great vision.but never lost
sight of his beginnings. He always championed the “classic physique”,
and always included a Canadian component. God bless you Bob, and may He
