Warren Frederick Dies
Former bodybuilder Warren Frederick passed away on October 2.
He was Mr. America in 1969, and accumulated multiple top 3 finishes throughout his career. Frederick finished second behind the great Serge Nubret in the 1977 Mr. World contest. His physique has been compared to modern-day legend Branch Warren. Frederick had a tremendous upper body with big arms and consistently well-conditioned abs.
