Experts Alarmed by Bodybuilding Among Teens

A new report says getting “buff” may impact physical development of teen boys
As you saw in the video above, experts are concerned by the fact that a growing number of teenage boys are working out and eating right because it might affect their physical development.
What the report didn’t mention was that according to the latest statistics obesity in the U.S. has tripled in the last 30 years. Over 35% of adults and 17% of children and adolescents between the ages of 12-19 are obese.
Explain again how working out two hours a day, six days a week is worse for a teenage boy than sitting around playing video games and chowing down on fast food?
